the usual housepours with mixers. Housepours are rum, whisky, vodka, gin... mixers are ribena, tonic, coke, orange juice... You can order any mixture of those. its really up to the induhvidual.

Liquor would be Tanquery gin, Absolut vodka, and Bacardi 151 I would go with mixers of seltzer, tonic water, and diet coke

All mixers should have an expiration date on the label somewhere. I would think they should be good for a few months at least from date of purchase. If there is no date, follow the old rule: when in doubt, throw it out. Better to be safe than sorry
