You can edit the audio. How much and to what level of detail you will be able to edit what is recorded will vary. Sometimes the audio is so distorted that it may not work at all. The software you choose to edit the audio with will also have an effect on the final output. See what your editor will allow you to manipulate. If that one doesn't cut it you may have to get an app that can handle the audio separately then bring it back in....
